These terms are between the user and [Your Company Legal Name]. By using Otherhalf OS, users agree to these terms. Users must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required in their country.
2. Nutrition and AI disclaimer
Otherhalf OS provides general educational estimates, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI and image analysis can be inaccurate. Users should review results and consult a qualified professional for medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, eating disorders, or material dietary changes.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Users are responsible for accurate account information and device security. They may not abuse, reverse engineer where prohibited, disrupt, scrape, upload unlawful content, or use Otherhalf OS to harm another person.
4. Subscriptions
Otherhalf OS Pro terms, price, trial length, and renewal timing must be shown before purchase. App-store subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple or Google at least as required by the store. Restore purchases is available in app. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription.
5. User content and license
Users retain ownership of their scan photos, entries, and prompts. They grant the limited permission needed to process that content only to operate requested features. Define an appropriate moderation and removal process before accepting shared or public content.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change and service can be interrupted. Do not use an over-the-air update to change the app’s primary purpose or bypass store review. Material terms changes should receive clear notice.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected. These terms are governed by [Governing Law]; disputes are handled in [Dispute Venue], unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

El usuario conserva la propiedad de fotos, registros y prompts. Concede únicamente el permiso limitado necesario para procesarlos y prestar la función solicitada. Define moderación y retirada antes de aceptar contenido compartido o público.
6. Disponibilidad y cambios
Las funciones pueden cambiar y el servicio puede interrumpirse. No uses actualizaciones OTA para cambiar la finalidad principal o eludir la revisión de la tienda. Comunica claramente cambios materiales.
7. Garantías y responsabilidad
